- King size bed does not fit in a 1 ton lorry because it measures 6 x 6 feet, which is larger than the width and height of a 1 ton truck.
- A sofa set of 3 + 2 + 1 will occupy half the space of a 1 ton truck,So there would not be much space left for other furniture in case.
- The remainder of space can be filled up by a shelf, a four-seater dining table, a refrigerator, a washing machine or a single bed.
- The height and width of a wardrobe has to be considered, whether it can fit the lorry dimension and doorways of your old and new home. If not, it needs to be disassembled and reassembled during the move.
- A 1 ton lorry can fit the following items if stacked correctly. If there are more items than those below, it is recommended to get a larger sized truck.
